COMMUNITY RULES

Greetings to our RV community! We’re absolutely delighted to welcome you as our esteemed guests and trust that you’ll relish your time here to the utmost. In order to guarantee the safety and well-being of all, we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the subsequent community guidelines: It is important to note that we retain the prerogative to remove any individual(s), without a refund, who fails to adhere to The Old el Camino community rules.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00am Late check-out by 1 PM: $25.00 (Subject to availability)


1. Site service and electric fees: Site service fees are due and payable on the 1st of the month. Electricity charges will be invoiced the 1st of the month and are due by the 3rd of each month. You will be charged a $25.00 initial late fee plus $10.00 per day past the due date if the total amount is not received by the due date (NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS). A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. A $200.00 electric deposit is required and due on the reservation arrival date. To ensure a convenient and consistent payment process, all extended stays are required to set up autopay for their monthly site fee.

2. Returned checks: In addition to a $25.00 handling fee, the late fee described in #1 will be charged until full payment is received in cash, cashier’s check, or money order. Future payments after an NSF payment shall be in the form of CASH or money order ONLY.

3. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors.

4. Occupancy: The number of persons occupying the recreational vehicle shall not exceed two (2) adults and two (2) children. A penalty of $100.00 per person will be enforced if the occupancy rule is violated. Additionally, the appropriate fee for the number of additional persons will be charged and computed from the Effective Date of your site service agreement.

5. RV site: Your site is neat, clean, and adequate for your recreational vehicle. Please maintain the RV Site. Keep your site litter free, including cigarette butts, and animal poop. No carpets or rugs on the landscaping. Do not make any changes to the RV Site without the prior written consent of the park.

6. Dispose of your trash in designated dumpsters. Do not leave trash outside of your RV. Do not dispose of bulk items in dumpsters. Let’s keep our community clean and beautiful.

7. Clotheslines are not permitted. Use provided laundry facilities for drying.

8. Conduct: Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated.

9. Disturbance: If a disturbance occurs at your site requiring police intervention, you will be required to vacate The Old el Camino RV Resort immediately.

10. Recreational vehicles must be in good repair at all times. Broken hoses, seals, or sewage/water leakage will not be permitted. Window air conditioners are prohibited.

11. Sewer Seal: A positive sewer seal at both ends of your sewer hose is required by law.

12. Laundry Room: Help us keep the washers and dryers in tip top shape. Do NOT overload the washers or dryers. -Use LIQUID Laundry Detergent only. Laundry beads are not allowed. -Do NOT overfill the laundry detergent compartment, a maximum of 2 tablespoons of liquid laundry soap is all that is needed. -Washing of rugs is prohibited. -Do NOT wash any pet bedding -Absolutely no pets in the laundry room. -Laundry room hours are 7:00AM – 10:00PM.

13. Fitness Center: Fitness center is for registered guests only. Children under 18 are not permitted in the fitness center. Fitness Center hours are 5:00AM – 10:00PM.

14. Restrooms: Please help us keep the restrooms clean for all guests. Please contact the office if attention is needed. Absolutely NO pets in the bath houses. Bath House hours are 7:00AM – 10:00PM.

15. Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated.

16. Smoking: cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vaping is not permitted in any building or in the pool area. If you choose to smoke outside, do not throw butts on the ground. Dispose of cigarette butts and vape pens properly.

17. No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife or other weapon in any way that may alarm others is allowed.

18. The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited.

19. The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited.

20. The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited.

21. Speed limit is 10 MPH. Please drive slowly and carefully in the park.

22. Pool Rules. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Swim at your own risk! -Pool is intended for registered guests only. Additional guests must pay a day use fee of $3 per child and $5 per adult, in advance, at the office. Guests must wear their wristbands while in the pool area. Violators subject to eviction without refund. -Smoking, glass, and/or pets are not permitted in the pool area. -Pool hours are Sunday – Thursday 9:00AM – 9:00PM and Friday – Saturday 9:00AM – 10:00PM. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult inside the pool area. No children under 18 are permitted in the pool after 8:00pm.

23. Parking: Park in your designated site on the concrete. Do not park on grass, gravel, road, or in other sites. Each site will accommodate one vehicle. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. If additional parking is needed, contact the office for an additional parking permit. Additional parking permits are available for $10.00 per night or $50.00 per month.

24. Do NOT wash RVs or vehicles on premises unless you obtain a Wash Permit from the office. Wash permits are available for $25.00 per day.

25. Vehicle repairs are not permitted on the premises. Vehicles leaking oil and/or grease are not permitted on the premises. Inoperable vehicles are not permitted.

26. Prohibited Vehicles: ATV’s, trailers, boats, and jet skis are not permitted on the RV site. Outdoor storage is permitted for a fee of $10.00 per day or $79.00 per month for registered guests. (Subject to availability). Inquire in the office.

27. PETS (dogs & cats): Must be on leash (no longer than 6’) and under your control at all times. Pets may be exercised only in designated areas, and cleaned up after. Pets are NOT permitted in buildings or in the pool area. Do not wash pets in restroom/bathhouses. A pet washing station is available in the dog park. DO NOT leave pets outside, tied down, caged, or unattended.

28. WIFI: Complimentary wifi is offered. Hardwired internet is prohibited.

29. Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited.

30. Campfires in designated community fire pits only. Wood must be purchased from the Camp Store. Outside wood is prohibited.

31. We try to keep our restroom and shower facilities neat and clean at all times. Please take care of them and report any problem immediately.

32. Any person/company coming in to work on your unit for any reason MUST have a certificate of insurance on file with our office.

33. Propane: 100-pound tanks are not allowed on RV sites.

34. No Refunds: There are no refunds for unused days, including nightly, weekly, and monthly reservations. Monthly sites are not prorated. Late arrivals or early departures are non-refundable. Cancellations require a 72-hour notice for a reservation credit; less than 72 hours’ notice results in no credit. Rescheduling your reservation with 72 hours’ notice incurs a $25 rescheduling fee.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY
