Park Rules

General Rules

  • Site service and electric fees: Site fees are due and payable on the 1st of the month. Electricity charges will be invoiced the 1st of the month and are due by the 4th of each month. You will be charged a $25.00 initial late fee plus $25.00 per day past the due date.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors.
  • Conduct: Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated. If a disturbance occurs at your site requiring police intervention, you will be required to vacate The Old el Camino RV Resort immediately.
  • Laundry Room: Help us keep the washers and dryers in tip top shape. DO NOT overload the washers or dryers. Use liquid laundry detergent only. Laundry beads are not allowed. DO NOT overfill the laundry detergent compartment, a maximum of 2 tablespoons of liquid laundry soap is all that is needed. Washing of rugs is prohibited. DO NOT wash any pet bedding. Laundry room hours are 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
  • Fitness Center: Fitness center is for registered guests only. Children under 18 are not permitted in the fitness center. Fitness Center hours are 5:00AM – 10:00PM.
  • Restrooms: Please help us keep the restrooms clean for all guests. Please contact the office if attention is needed. Bath House hours are 7:00AM – 10:00PM.
  • Speed limit is 10 MPH. Please drive slowly and carefully in the park.
  • Pool Rules: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Swim at your own risk! Pool is intended for registered guests only. Violators subject to eviction without refund. Smoking, glass, and/or pets are not permitted in the pool area. Pool hours are Sunday – Thursday 9:00AM – 9:00PM and Friday – Saturday 9:00AM – 10:00PM. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult inside the pool area.
  • Parking: Park in your designated site on the concrete. Do not park on grass, gravel, road, or in other sites. Each site will accommodate one vehicle. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. If additional parking is needed, contact the office for an additional parking permit.

Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds: There are no refunds for unused days, including nightly, weekly, and monthly reservations.
  • Monthly sites are not prorated.
  • Late arrivals or early departures are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations require a 72-hour notice for a reservation credit; less than 72 hours’ notice results in no credit.

Pet Policy

  • Absolutely no pets in the laundry room.
  • Absolutely no pets in the bath houses.
  • Pets must be on leash (no longer than 6’) and under your control at all times.
  • Pets may be exercised only in designated areas, and cleaned up after.
  • Pets are NOT permitted in buildings or in the pool area.
  • Do not wash pets in restroom/bathhouses. A pet washing station is available in the dog park.
  • DO NOT leave pets outside, tied down, caged, or unattended.

Additional Policies

  • Returned checks: In addition to a $50.00 handling fee, the late fee described in #1 will be charged until full payment is received in cash, cashier’s check, or money order. Future payments after an NSF payment shall be in the form of cash or money order ONLY.
  • RV site: Your site is neat, clean, and adequate for your recreational vehicle. Please maintain the RV Site. Keep your site litter free, including cigarette butts, and animal feces. No carpets or rugs on the landscaping. Do not make any changes to the RV site without the prior written consent of the park.
  • Dispose of your trash in designated dumpsters. Do not leave trash outside of your RV. Do not dispose of bulk items in dumpsters. Let’s keep our community clean and beautiful.
  • Sewer Seal: A positive sewer seal at both ends of your sewer hose is required by law.
  • Smoking: cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vaping is not permitted in any building or in the pool area. If you choose to smoke outside, do not throw butts on the ground. Dispose of cigarette butts and vape pens properly.
  • No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife or other weapon in any way that may alarm others is allowed.
  • Vehicle repairs are not permitted on the premises. Vehicles leaking oil and/or grease are not permitted on the premises. Inoperable vehicles are not permitted.
  • Campfires in designated community fire pits only.
  • Propane: 100-pound tanks are not allowed on RV sites.
